hello, is there any cave at aurea full with bears? someone told me it is located near the gloomshadow(?) area. but I cant find them

There are caves (2 caves) near Farms portals: red bears, go right from farms portals to find one, other one is much further right, near sea.
For normal bears or white bears go left from Gloomshadow portal

Hi:)
I have been doing many Winter feast quests in the hope of getting a Pet, but so far I have only got Walnuts and Mulled Wine:(
But I did get a few weapon vouchers.
Anyway, now I only get gem bags: Yellow gem bag, brown gem bag, green gem bag etc.
When I open them, I find regular gems and a special fragment/shard
Can you please tell me what they are used for?
And how many different bags are there?
Which pet is good for fighting high lvl monsters(lvl 70+)?
