To be able to sell Platinum at the Marketplace, you need to fulfil the following requirements:

1. Your character must be level 25 or higher
2. Your character must be older than 6 months
3. Your character may not have any chargebacks in its payment history
4. Your character must have spent at least 15€ more than 6 months ago
5. You have not sold more than 500 platinum/day
6. You have not sold more than 2500 platinum/30 days
7. You have not already sold platinum in the last 24 hours

If you do not fulfil all of these requirements, then you will not be able to trade Platinum ingame. Please understand that the requirements are security measures intended to prevent fraud and scams which is why they cannot be removed.

I don't remember which portal exactly to , but its easy to find
